Shipping of Your Ecological Adirondack Furniture

Great Care: All Adirondack Cedar furniture is shipped with great care. We shrink wrap, bubble wrap and box all our furniture for shipping.

Canada & USA: shipping is via Canada Post expedited approximately 10 - 12 business days.

Oversize Furniture: larger furniture like benches are shipped in Canada via Greyhound Bus and via UPS to the United States.

International Shipping: is by surface in accordance with Canada Post delivery up to 8 weeks, this is the most economical way of shipping our Adirondack Chairs in Kit form.

Air Mail Shipping: Adirondack Chairs in Knocked down and Kit version can be shipped via air mail 5 - 7 business days. Please email us to receive a quote.

Shipping Rates: Please email us to receive a quote on cost of shipping, include your postal code and country. Shipping quotes are valid for 14 days.

Order Confirmation: All orders will be confirmed by email with a custom shipping quote, shipping rates are provided by the respective freight company and not by Clayoquot Crafts.

Return Policies
We offer a 30 day refund policy for all of our products within Canada, USA and Overseas.
Furniture can only be returned with prior written permission. The furniture must be in its original packaging and returned to us within 30 days of the date of purchase. Some exception may apply for overseas orders. Shipping charges, taxes, duties and handling fees are non-refundable.

Damage: Please inspect your shipment upon arrival, if there is any damage contact us right away and we will look after you. We will ship replacement parts, damaged during transport free of charge. For insurance purpose we may ask for photos of the damage.
