We shrink wrap, bubble wrap, and box all our furniture for shipping.

In Canada, we ship by bus or courier.

Worldwide, our cedar furniture is shipped using UPS and is fully insured.

Our Adirondack Chair Kit can also be shipped via mail order.

A freight quote based on your exact location and items will happily be provided.

Estimating Your Shipping Cost
For the purpose of estimation, freight is approximately 15 to 20% of order value west of the Canadian Rockies and approximate 20 to 25% east of the Rockies. Please include your zip or postal code for a quote on shipping. We know shipping doesn't come cheap, but we guarantee you a top quality product that will last you a lifetime. Quality is never an accident it's always the result of intelligent effort.

Return Policies
We offer a 30 day refund policy for all of our products within Canada, USA and Overseas.

Furniture can only be returned with prior written permission. The furniture must be in its original packaging and returned to us within 30 days of the date of purchase. Some exception may apply for overseas orders. Shipping charges, taxes, duties and handling fees are non-refundable.
